Eric ParkerDuffy's Sports Grill
Eric Parker serves as the Corporate Chef for Duffy’s Sports Grill. In addition to holding the American Culinary Foundation’s Certified Executive Chef Accreditation, Chef Parker has been classically trained at the Florida Culinary Institute. He has been with the Duffy’s team for over 20 years and has personally created every item currently on the Duffy’s menu.
Duffy’s Sports Grill is known for elevating casual dining to a higher level and the organization has enjoyed many accolades over the years under Chef Parker’s direction. Some of these include being voted “Best Burger”, “Best Wings”, and “Best Value” in many publications through Florida. Most recently, Chef Parker won a national contest sponsored by Heinz that led to Duffy’s first appearance at the South Beach Food and Wine Festival in 2012 exhibiting their award-winning burger alongside national Food Network celebrity Chefs.
Chef Parker and Duffy’s recently launched their new Duffy’s Culinary Arts Studio. Located close to the corporate headquarters in Lake Worth, the state-of-the-art 3,000 square foot studio serves as a research and development facility and also provides a dedicated space for hands-on culinary training throughout the organization. Chef Parker’s dedication to quality and relentless attention to detail provides a significant differentiation from other casual dining concepts.
While Duffy’s is proud to be thought of as a casual dining, family friendly restaurant company, they have always considered their food to be top-level, fine dining quality. They are known for great burgers and wings, however some of their most popular items include wild Alaska salmon, Certified Angus Beef brand steaks, an array of garden-fresh salads and signature, made-from-scratch appetizers. Duffy’s has managed to execute this high level of culinary excellence as a direct result of Chef Parker’s relentless and continuing focus on quality ingredients, innovative recipes, and personal passion for food.
