Michael Symon Brings on the Fire and the BBQ!

Chef, restaurateur, popular Food Network personality, cookbook author, and self-proclaimed carnivore Michael Symon closes out the Festival as host of this epic Coca-Cola Beachside BBQ taking place under our signature white tents nestled on the sparkling sands of South Beach! In anticipation of his next cookbook, Playing with Fire (Clarkson Potter, April 2018), Symon has helped us round up more than 30 of the nation’s top grill maestros to churn out mouth-watering samplings of beef, pork, poultry, and more cooked low and slow. These savory samplings will be accompanied by wines & spirits and upbeat tunes to cap off this carnivorous celebration!

Don't get turned away at the door! Make sure your Festival experience goes smoothly and effortlessly by reading our bag policy before you head to the Beach! Spoiler alert: if your purse is larger than 4.5" x 6.5", you'll have to leave it behind in order to indulge at our events. All ticketed guests must adhere to our bag policy, make sure you read it in advance!

Avoid the Parking Hassle!

Exclusive for Goya Foods' Grand Tasting Village ticket-holders, the Festival is providing FREE shuttle transportation to the event from dedicated Festival parking lots located at NE 7th St. between NE 1st Ave and NE 2nd Ave in Downtown Miami. Shuttles will run continuously from 11:00AM – 7:00PM on Saturday and Sunday, February 24 & 25. Shuttles will drop off and pick up on the beachside at 13th St. & Collins Ave. For guests using Metromover, the closest station is Freedom Tower Station. Shuttles are ADA compliant.
