Chef Carlo Mirarchi is widely known for his highly-acclaimed eatery Blanca, flanked by his hipster pizza joint Roberta’s in Brooklyn. He also trained the James Beard nominated Chef Brady Williams, before Williams took a leap and is now bringing innovative flavors and techniques to the revered restaurant Canlis in Seattle. These two masterminds will reunite, alongside the highly decorated chef and author Enrique Olvera, the mastermind behind New York City's Cosme and Mexico City's Pujol, ranked 20 in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list, and Area 31 Chef Alex Olivier in downtown Miami, for a trendy dining experience full of the creativity and modern flair that keeps them two of the most relevant names in the industry.
